Authors confirm that uploaded works are their original work or they have rights to distribute them. Plagiarized or copyright-infringing content will be removed and accounts suspended.
Documents purchased through AcadEx are for personal academic use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
All payments are processed through the platform administrator. Refunds are issued at admin discretion for failed deliveries. Platform fees are non-refundable.
Authors receive a percentage of each sale (as configured by admin, default 80%). Payouts are made periodically at admin discretion.
AcadEx reserves the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these terms or community standards.
AcadEx is not liable for the accuracy of academic works. Use purchased documents at your own discretion.
